Garbage Pick Up
Household trash should be disposed of in the designated containers throughout the complex. These are emptied each week on Wednesday at Manchester Gardens.
Any personal property left outside of the apartment is disposable and no further notices shall be given.
A disposal fee of $350 will be charged to the Tenant(s) account for any personal property left outside of the apartment as per the Lease Agreement, which prohibits Tenants from leaving personal belongings/or garbage outside of the apartment.
Requirements of Recycling
The county Health Department in which our Apartment Complex is located requires recycling of cans, aluminum, glass, plastic, paper and cardboard.
Management has provided receptacles for these items that clearly identify into which the recycling items are to be placed.
If the tenant violates the requirements of the recycling laws of the county in which this complex is located, a fine equal to $500 per violation will be assessed against the tenant as additional rent. If the fine is not paid within 10 (ten) days of the assessment, the landlord shall have the right to proceed with eviction proceedings including attorney fees and costs as outlined in this Lease Agreement.
